Those who have passed their class 12 exams have good opportunities to get jobs in Indian cities. Many companies in India require a minimum education qualification of standard 12. However it is important for the candidate to have some essential features like pleasant personality, good communication skills and an aptitude for the job.

Some jobs available for 12th pass students are
- Call Center: Many famous call centers in India like Wipro recruit class 12 pass outs for call center jobs. When you take up jobs with such famous companies you can start your career with a bang.
- Writing Jobs: Many companies require candidates to do writing jobs for them. This may extend from typing mails to writing blogs and content. As a 12 pass out if you have good command over written English you can take up this job as a profession.
- Transcription Jobs: Transcription jobs are basically typing jobs. You need to listen to a dictated version and type it as a soft document. Transcription companies offer this position to 12 pass outs.
- Insurance Agents: Insurance companies need agents to present their offers to prospective clients. They recruit class 12 pass outs and train them for the job. Once you start your career as an insurance agent you can climb the ladder with great ease.
- Cashier: As a class 12 pass out you can look forward to get jobs as a cashier in restaurants or retail stores.
- Courier: Courier companies need small time educated candidates to do necessary writing or documenting jobs. You may even have to hand out bills. They require candidates with a basic qualification of class 12 pass.
- Air-Hostess/Host: This is one of the most glamorous and highly demanding jobs you can get after completing your plus 2. Aviation institutes groom candidates after they pass out their plus 2 exams. They also provide students with placement opportunities in airline companies. Once you become a cabin crew member, you can look forward to good salary and a secure future.
- Hotel Jobs: This is one of the most sought after jobs for class 12 pass outs in India. You need to undergo a course in hotel management. Thereafter you are recruited by leading hotels across the country. You start on internship basis and slowly climb up the ladder. Jobs in Hotels are always decent jobs people look for.
